Welcome to McLean Broyhill Estates located in the heart of McLean, Virginia. Our neighborhood of 276 homes includes subdivisions of Broyhill's McLean Estates, Fern Oak Court, and Merrimac Estates. The neighborhood is bounded by Pathfinder Lane & Old Dominion to the East, Wasp Lane & Evans Farm to the West, Dominican Retreat to the North, and Chain Bridge Road to the South. We are located only 10 miles from Washington, DC with convenient access to I-66, I-495 and the Dulles Toll Road.
